Spray-crete is a thin, polymer-modified cement overlay sprayed onto existing concrete. It can be coloured, flecked and stencilled into tile, brick or stone patterns, then sealed. Because it bonds to your existing slab, there’s no demolition. It’s a resurfacing system, not new concrete. More about spray-crete.

In most cases, yes. If the slab underneath is structurally sound, resurfacing avoids demolition, tip fees and a re-pour, and it’s finished in days rather than weeks. If the slab is badly heaved or broken, we’ll tell you honestly that replacement is the better option.

Depending on size and the system you choose, most residential projects take between 1 and 5 days, including prep and sealing. With your quote you get a clear timeline, including when you can walk and drive on it.

Usually, yes. Cracks are cut out and repaired and the slab is diamond-ground before coating. Very fine cracks can sometimes show through over time as the slab moves, so we’ll talk you through what to expect for your specific floor.
